    Comically bad customer service. I've been in here twice now. The first time the assistant disappeared out the back with my already boxed cake for a good mins. No explanation given. Suspicious it was substituted for one not so fresh, because why take it out of my sight. But cake tastes ok. So I give another chance.Next time I come in. I ask for yellow one. Man gives me orange one. I ask why he gave the orange one, he changes it for me. Then he puts it through the till p more than the label. I correct him. Then he puts it through at £, which is rounded up p. I give up then and pay. I'd already been asked to wait while he served other customers because I had a question about loyalty card.I think I won't need the loyalty card.
